April 10th: Unlock Your Backbends: Backbends can be confusing and scary. With so many components to healthy backbends, it’s easy to freeze, lock up, and run away from them. This class will show you the secrets to healthy, feel-good backbends that will become stronger and more open with time and practice. All levels welcome.

April 17th: Ashtanga Primary Series: In this 90 minute traditional yoga practice, expect to sweat and work the body. This is a great class to integrate all the goodies you learned over the weekend. Modifications will be given for more challenging poses. All levels welcome.

Cultivating a consistent yoga practice is one of the best things you can do for your mind, body, and spirit. I dedicated my life to my yoga practice ten years ago and it completely transformed my life for the better. Whether you're new to yoga or an advanced practitioner, these private yoga sessions will take your practice (and ultimately, your wellbeing) to the next level.

Ayurveda is the sister science to Yoga. It translates to "Wisdom/Knowledge/Science of Life" and takes a holistic approach to medicine. Ayurveda addresses the whole person, inside and out, and heals the mind-body-spirit through many different modalities. It is an incredibly intuitive and practical medicine practice that I've become very passionate about over the years as I get deeper and deeper into my yoga practice.

In this 60-90 minute conversation, we'll get into the core of your health complaints (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual) and begin addressing them one at a time through the traditional practices of yoga, pranayama, Ayurveda, and herbalism, as well as modern science. 

You'll leave this consultation with great insight on how to move forward with lifestyle practices, foods, herbs, oils, yoga poses, breath work, and more, tailored specifically to you and your needs. 

I highly encourage clients to work with me for a minimum of three months in order to really hone in the changes we make together. True healing takes time. I'd love to stay with you on that journey in order to make lasting improvements. 

A write-up of our conversation and your personal health program will be emailed to you within 48 hours after our chat.

Initial consultation is $100, all appointments following that will be $50
